The questions we hear most
Does this work across multiple sites? Yes. One organisation, many sites, many gates. Every kiosk reports to the same backend so head office sees a live roll across every active site, and an audit trail per visitor and per induction.
What devices do we need at each entrance? Any modern tablet works — iPad, Android or a wall-mounted Windows tablet. We can also provide hardened kiosks for outdoor or harsh environments. No bespoke hardware required to start.
What happens when the site loses internet? Sign-in and inductions run locally on the device. The roll is always available, even without connectivity. When the network returns the device syncs automatically.
Can inductions be different per site or per contractor type? Yes. Inductions, PPE acknowledgements, site rules and contractor agreements are configurable per site, per role and per contractor company. Everything is versioned and audit-logged.
How fast can we be live on a site? Two weeks is normal. Faster if you are using off-the-shelf hardware. We have rolled the system out to a new site in days where the urgency justified it.
